IranianGarden Tower Residential Project
Located in the upscale Elahieh–Fereshteh district of Tehran, which is well known for its lush greenery.
Client and Developer: The project is developed by Lotus Economic Engineering Group and designed by the renowned architect Farzad Deliri, with collaboration from Kristina Zanic mentioned in some sources.
Tower Features:
The project consists of two residential towers, each rising 22 stories above ground, along with approximately 6 basement levels.
The entire development is situated on a land area of around 1 hectare (9,800 to 12,000 square meters).
The towers include approximately 137 to 138 residential units.
